LOST THE DIRECTION

When we are born, it brings a karma or destiny traced. Often, because of a lack of family structure, or even because of the environment in which we live, we attend and study, we change history. The spiritual world is too thin for us to understand everything entrusted to us. If we were to be more in line with him, we might not have made so many mistaken and out-of-the-way decisions. Well, this karma that we bring is often the object of spiritual plans, of the deities that control our lives, without our knowledge.

For example, I have tried to own myself and I can not. My matter, my body is, and is always being used and used by them, to show the unbelievers how the world of spirituality works. Most of the time, they mock and laugh at me, misrepresent and muddy my character, out of mere spiritual ignorance. DREAM MAKING LOVE

To dream making love in the rain is crazy enough. Well, the other day, carried away by the fervor of a great passion, I dreamed making love in the rain with the one that has been taking care of my thought and shredding my feeling. The most incredible thing about this story is that, from being so angry with the favorite dumb, that even sees the advantages of a possible relationship, I have already decided to try to create within me a feeling of hatred, disgust, annoyance.

Dumb woman is like crab, just walk back. It does not add up to anything, even because if you were smart, you grab the chance to change your life without blinking your eyes. The door opened, she threw shit in the doorway and closed it. To me, all that remains is to be silent and create within my inner self a feeling of aversion and annoyance that will lead me to hate it.

Well, in this disenchantment, in this daydream, I had a dream of shivering, making love in the rain with that owner of my thought. It was not real, but it did. It was not true, but everything happened as if it were. The most incredible thing is that I woke up tired and although the chilled air was sweaty. THE ROW OF LIFE

We come from the spiritual world, we incarnate with a mission, however, we come across this materialistic world that makes us forget spirituality and we do not even notice that we are not eternal, that we do not have our own will and we need every day, every day, of spiritual help. When we get away from this spiritual world and are carried away by the orgies, one hour, we will receive the payment for our mistakes and for our spirituality, and when we least expect it, we are prostrate in a bed, in a hospital bed, or as happened to Cassia Eller, Who disincarnated and now lives incorporating into crops and asking them not to do what she did, even telling their story in the spiritual world and praying for favors of the material world. 

We need to be more zealous with our deities, behold, they are patient and too kind to our lives of carnal corruption. We, when we grow up in our youth, think only of fun, drink, sex, and forget that all this is a passing thing. LIFE OF HOPE

I spent my life expecting a promise from my Lord. He always kept his promise. What happens is that the human being is unable to see its true path. Get lost at the first fork of the road, and take the path where there are beautiful flowers at the entrance, not to mention that only thorns remain. The woman only sees with those eyes. She does not see reason, however much she is right in front of her eyes. For her, it is better to stay hand in hand with a body healed, through the catwalks of orgies, showered with drinks, parties and drugs, living and forming a family, with a serious man, just and honest and trying to live in the ways of Law determined by the Great Architect of the Universe, the Lord God of all things.

 So I tried to live on this path, despite being confused and even reviled by the bad tongues, which always judge others, by their own actions. It was not easy or easy for you to be confused with the work of an offender when you tried to do yours in the ways of divine reason and perfection. I had three indications to be the mainstay of my family. All three went down the path of luxuries. I do not drink, I do not smoke, I do not live at parties. I live for my work and my prayers. I even lived to serve spiritual charity, and I abandoned, because I understood that the inhuman human being must face suffering, to see if he finds his way and discovers his spiritual vocation. O Brasil vive o pior momento de toda sua historia. Nunca na historia desse país, inclusive durante o regime militar, a perseguição foi tão aguçada, rígida e severa, contra críticos da corrupção. Não é novidade que minhas matérias são caçadas na rede, pelos vagabundo que trabalham para esse DESGOVERNO, e dentre eles, se encontram os raques da Policia Militar, que estão a serviço dos governos estaduais, formando uma rede nacional de vigilância na rede, para impor sanções a todas matérias daqueles que fazem oposição aos corruptos. Eu tenho uma pagina no facebook ( ZEDIVAL POETA), que chegou ter 130 mil acessos numa semana. Eles deram pau na pagina e hoje não passa de 800 acessos. O Blog “RATOS ROUBAM O BRASIL”, acessado e muito acessado no mundo inteiro, vem sofrendo a perseguição e as matérias não circulam mais.

 Fazendo varreduras nas matérias, acabei de encontrar as razões pelas quais as matérias  não circulam. DÃO SPAN. Vejam nos Prints colacionados, o que aparece nas matérias “Você publicou isso? Parece que pode ser spam. Se você não publicou isso, ajudaremos você a proteger sua conta agora” . A matéria suspeita não circula na rede, logo, não tem acessos, o publico não toma conhecimento e passa ser um lixo na rede.  Agora pasmem!.... abram o blog e vejam o conteúdo da matéria. Isso vem apenas, confirmar aquilo que já estamos falando anos a fio aqui na rede. OS CORRUPTOS NÃO QUEREM UM POVO ESCLARECIDO, QUEREM UM POVO BEOCIO, TOSCO, IGNOTO, E DE FACIL CONDUÇÃO AO MATADOURO.  Precisamos unir forças, formar grupos, para promovermos denuncias na ONU urgentemente e reforçar a extinção da Policia Militar e sua substituição por batalhões rotativos do exercito. Ou acordamos e lutamos, ou iremos andar de joelhos, puxados pelo cabresto, igual ao povo cubano, coreano do norte e os venezuelanos. – Zedival Poeta

A MIDIA DOS ANALFABETOS – Zedival Poeta

O Brasil já está de luto a bastante tempo. A cuRtura foi assassinada, esquartejada e jogada aos abutres. A situação é tão deprimente, que as emissoras de TV, jornais e rádios, só observam as BUNDAS e delas sobrevivem, mostrando o lado sexual, explorando corpos bem delineados, mesmo que estes, sejam meros esqueletos revestidos de cera, sem qualquer inteligência ou capacitação, seja ela técnica ou cultural.

Chegamos de vez ao fundo do poço. Essa cuRtura que virou PROSTI CURTURA, não chega sequer, a Academia Brasileira de Letras, que escolhe aos seus quadros, indivíduos sem qualificação moral para assumir uma cadeira naquela casa, que deveria ser o pilar de sustentação da cultura. É meu Brasil !... como você mudou em 30 anos. O que dantes era valorizado virou lixo, o que era admirado, virou escarnio, o que era digno e honrado, probo,  virou abominável.

 A situação é tão caótica da nossa cuRtura, que em junho próximo, acontecerá em Lisboa, o encontro de escritores de língua portuguesa e com ele acontecerá o Salão do Livro de Lisboa, onde serão lançadas obras de renovados escritores de outros países de língua portuguesa e no mesmo evento, o maior poeta da historia, estará lançando 13 livros de poesia, dentre eles um livro INÉDITO NO MUNDO, “ UM LIVRO SÓ DE ACROSTICOS”.  Pasmem!... a mídia brasileira, não deu até agora, nenhuma noticia a respeito do assunto.

As redes sociais estão bloqueando as matérias para impedi-las de circular, porque também, querem receber em troca valores pela divulgação. Logo eles !... eles mesmo que ajudaram acabar a cultura do nosso país. Sim !... eles só pensam em retorno. A cultura que se dane !.. Finalizando, porque senão ninguém irá lê, nós somos o país dos analfabetos, dos doutores analfabetos funcionais, dos jornalistas mudos, cegos e surdos, e de uma mídia que faz tudo para os analfabetos, porque eles... sim eles... eles representam cerca de 90% da população. Comissão de Constituição e Justiça aprova PEC que torna estupro imprescritível

A Comissão de Constituição, Justiça e Cidadania (CCJ) aprovou nesta quarta-feira (5) parecer favorável à Proposta de Emenda à Constituição (PEC) 64/2016, que torna imprescritível o crime de estupro. A matéria segue para o Plenário, que, para aprová-la, precisa dos votos de 3/5 dos senadores em dois turnos de votação.

A iniciativa partiu do senador Jorge Viana (PT-AC), que destaca estudo do Instituto de Pesquisa Econômica Aplicada (Ipea) segundo o qual o número de estupros tentados ou consumados por ano no Brasil fica em torno de 527 mil; todavia, apenas 10% são informados à polícia.

— É preciso observar que a coragem para denunciar um estuprador, se é que um dia apareça, pode demorar anos. Diante desse quadro, propomos a imprescritibilidade. Essa medida, por um lado, permitirá que a vítima reflita, se fortaleça e denuncie; por outro lado, contribuirá para que o estuprador não fique impune — afirmou Viana ao justificar sua proposta.

Impunidade

A relatora, senadora Simone Tebet (PMDB-MS), concordou com o autor. Segundo ela, por onde quer que se analise o crime de estupro, a questão do lapso temporal está sempre presente em relação á denúncia e à punição.

— É esse lapso de tempo que fertiliza a impunidade, e é essa impunidade que se pretende combater, ao tornar o estupro, como o racismo, um crime imprescritível — argumenta.

Ainda conforme Tebet, nunca é possível prever a duração do tempo que pode transcorrer entre a violência sofrida e a denúncia, pois isso vai depender da capacidade de reação de cada vítima, da sua capacidade de assimilar o trauma até ser capaz de se decidir pela reparação judicial.

— Essa não será nunca uma decisão fácil, pois implicará sempre na exposição pública da sua dor — é quase uma reencenação do próprio estupro, agora em arena pública, aberta aos olhos de todos — argumentou.

O senador Roberto Requião (PMDB-PR) foi o único a votar contra a proposta. Segundo ele, tornar um crime imprescritível significaria a impossibilidade do perdão ao criminoso. Para ele, uma imprescritibilidade por 20 anos resolveria o problema.

No entanto o autor da proposta disse que tornar o crime de estupro imprescritível não significa que não possa haver arrependimento ou mudança de vida do estuprador, mas as penas podem prevenir que esse tipo de crime ocorra.

— Eu tenho uma admiração tremenda pelo senador Requião, mas há uma diferença enorme entre esse crime e qualquer um outro. E eu não dizendo que não pode ter um arrependimento tardio, um entendimento posterior entre até quem causou, quem dera que a pessoa possa se recompor, mas uma lei como essa, as normativas que temos, tipificando crimes, estabelecendo acertos entre quem cometeu crimes e a sociedade, com penas, é um sinal também que mandamos antes que o crime ocorra — afirmou.

Pena e prescrição

A proposta votada pela CCJ vale para os crimes de estupro (art. 213) e estupro de vulnerável (art. 217-A) do Código Penal. Para ambos os casos, a pena pode chegar a 30 anos, se o crime resultar em morte da vítima.

A prescrição é a perda do direito de ação pelo decurso do tempo. Desse modo, quando ocorre a prescrição, o agressor não pode mais ser processado pelo crime que cometeu. O prazo varia conforme o tamanho da pena.
